Tuition and Payment Plans:
Hours of operation are from 7:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Monday thru Friday.
Current Tuition Schedule as follows:
Under 2 Years
$200.00 weekly Full Time
2-5 Years
$185.00 weekly Full Time
School Age - Before and After School Care
$125.00 weekly Full Time*, $100.00 weekly Part Time **
Part Time:
$45 Full Day
$30 Half Day (up to 4 hours a day)
School Age children (including those with fluctuating schedules) will be billed for all Paid Holidays based on regular schedule as if school were in session, excluding summer vacation, and based on child's regularly scheduled attendance.
Tuition is based on your schedule as contracted at ENROLLMENT, not on actual hours of child attendance, unless they exceed the hours contracted (additional hours within normal business hours will be charged at hourly rate of $5.00 per hour or portion thereof). Tuition may change based on schedule changes. Tuition is re-evaluated January 1 each calendar year.
Tuition will be paid on time two weeks prior and is paid by close of BUSINESS on Friday before care begins. Late Payment Fee of $10.00 per calendar day will be added to all delinquent accounts beginning at 5:30 pm on the contracted payment due date. After three (3) calendar days of assessing late fees, childcare services will be denied until account is brought current. Parent will be afforded 14 days days to bring account current in order to resume childcare services; after 14 days, Provider will terminate child(ren) due to Non-Payment of Outstanding Balance, assess 2% monthly late charge, and proceed with legal and collection action, all fees of which will be assumed by Parent.
The following payment forms are accepted:
- Cash
- Check (please make checks payable to Janelle Deaton). There is a $30.00 fee on all returned checks PLUS any and all charges accrued due to the NSF check and all late fees due to non-payment of Tuition.
- Money Order (please issue money order to Janelle Deaton)
- Direct Deposit
Overtime charges of $1.00 per minute will be charged starting at 5:30 P.M. Overtime charges are payable at the time the charges are incurred.
Heritage Early Learning Academy gladly accepts families who qualify for DSHS subsidized child care assistance on a space available basis. Subsidized families are responsible for all additional fees (i.e., overtime charges, NSF charges, late payment fees, and two weeks tuition owed due to non-receipt of two weeks notice for termination of care, etc.) as these additional fees are not paid by DSHS.
Before your child starts childcare in this family child care home, you will need to complete the following forms (All forms will be supplied to you upon your interview). All sections of all forms (unless otherwise noted) must be completed:
- Contract / Agreement for Child Care Services
- Certificate of Immunization and Immunization Record (to be updated with each immunization) or Exemption
- USDA Food Program Enrollment Form
- Emergency Notification Information - Whether we are on a field trip, a walk, or at the FCC home, these forms are always accessible so as to be able to reach you in case of EMERGENCY;
- Policies / Procedures (only for your information - does not need to be returned). Please initial, sign, and return the Signature Page only.
There is a one-time, non-refundable REGISTRATION fee of $50.00 due upon enrollment.
Parent will be responsible for signing child in and out of the child care daily.
It is important that your child’s information on file is current. Please let Miss Janelle know of any changes that may occur. Written authorization will need to be provided if someone other than the parent or legal guardian will pick up your child; otherwise, your child will not be released. This written authorization will need to state the person’s name, address and telephone number, and must be signed by you. Also, the authorized person will need to provide picture identification when he/she arrives to pick up your child.
